Join our team and help families navigate life's challenges and help foster an environment where they can truly thrive!PathPoint is seeking a full-time, bilingual, Spanish speaking Family Support Specialist under the Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) services in Thousand Oaks, CA. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a passion for advocating for individuals' rights and improving their quality of life.Schedule: Monday-Friday (variable), 10:00am-6:30 pm, 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule, evening and weekend availability is needed. Compensation: This is an hourly position starting at $24.25 per hour. The pay range for this position is $23.04-$25.46. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.The Impact you'll Make:The Family Support Specialist (FSS) works with adults with disabilities and coordinates services that help create proactive support plans for individuals and their families to continue living in their family homes, access their communities and teaches independent living skills. You will advocate for individuals' rights, conduct assessments, and assist in developing Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Person-Centered Plans (PCP). This role involves acting as a liaison with agencies and involves outreach activities.
