Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with finance products intended to protect their vehicle purchase.

Run strong VSC and GAP percentages along with a strong PVR

In addition, this individual works with lenders to obtain financing approval and completes all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork.

Tracking and collecting finance department receivables.

Ensure that all finance paperwork is fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines prior to submitting completed documentation to lenders for approval.

Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.

E-contracting experience a plus.

Maintain required certifications and licensing for the position. Assist sales team with active customer engagement.

Qualifications:
2+ years of Dealership Finance experience is required.
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service, self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
Working knowledge of computers. Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
Possess a valid driver's license.
Successfully pass a thorough background check

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dealership experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
