Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Project Management

Responsibilities Play a key role in establishing and advancing a centralized enterprise project management capability Establish the foundation: designing the project intake process, defining delivery cadences, and developing frameworks and talent Ensure that product initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business priorities Support the design, launch, and scaling of an Enterprise PMO function Define and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance models Develop and implement a standardized project intake process Own end-to-end program management for high-priority, cross-functional corporate initiatives Define and implement project management methodologies, tools, and templates Build trusted relationships with executive and functional stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management Experience mentoring or guiding junior project managers; prior people management is a plus but not required Proven track record building or significantly scaling a PMO or enterprise delivery function Experience managing complex, cross-functional corporate initiatives with significant organizational impact Prior exposure to transformation, change management, or people‑related programs is a strong plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
