Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction


Data center construction demands precision, accountability, and experienced leadership. We’re partnered with a prominent, well-established general contractor delivering large-scale, mission-critical data center projects and are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex builds from preconstruction through turnover.


This role is for a seasoned construction leader who understands the technical demands of data centers and knows how to drive performance across schedule, cost, quality, and client relationships.


What You’ll Do

• Lead all phases of data center construction projects, from preconstruction planning through close-out
• Maintain full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate internal project teams, superintendents, and trade partners
• Manage cost control, forecasting, change management, and risk mitigation
• Partner closely with field leadership to ensure constructability and execution
• Mentor and develop project management staff

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Direct data center or mission-critical experience
• Proven success managing large, technically complex projects
• Strong financial and contractual management skills
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset
