Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development of Splash and BI Publisher reports Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to offshore team Support UAT, defect fixes, and production reporting issues Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Splash report development Extensive experience in Oracle BI Publisher (RTF, XML, XDO templates) Advanced PL/SQL skills (packages, procedures, functions, complex SQL) Strong understanding of Oracle Databases Experience in report performance tuning and troubleshooting Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite / Fusion reporting Exposure to large data volumes and performance optimization Prior onsite-offshore coordination experience Location: Remote with Occasional Travel for Houston, TX Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
