Position Summary Provide direct personal care services to clients as indicated in the client’s individualized Plan of Care developed by the RN Case Manager or delegate. Position Qualifications Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience: Experience preferred; will train on the job. Licensing/Certification: Current Certified Nursing Assistant license, CPR and First Aid. Equipment/Tools: BP cuff, thermometer, thermometer sheaths, stethoscope, alcohol pads and wipes, sanitizing gel and client equipment on an individualized basis, personal protective equipment. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend short correspondence and memos, write simple correspondence, keep basic records of tasks performed, present information to clients, families and employees. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions, decimals; compute rates, ratios, percentages, and draw and interpret graphs. Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and solve problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
