- Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
- Recommend menu items and answer guest questions with enthusiasm
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any needs or concerns
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Team player with a professional demeanor
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
