• Provide guidance and education to families, nurturing their involvement in the therapy process.
• Participate in inpatient assessments and interventions as needed, ensuring seamless care continuity throughout treatment stages.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation per professional and organizational standards.
• Commit to professional growth by staying abreast of advancements in speech-language pathology through education and peer interactions.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of beginning employment.
