Director Global Finance Transformation

Job Overview Director, Global Finance Transformation – Johnson Controls Responsibilities Develop and execute a multi‑year finance transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy. Oversee implementation of advanced (GenAI) technologies to drive automation, predictive analytics, and overall speed to financial insight. Codesign and redesign core finance processes to achieve qualitative and quantitative benefits. Lead organizational change management and ensure adoption across stakeholders. Establish and improve governance frameworks for transformation projects, including KPIs and risk management. Build and mentor a high‑performing team of digital finance transformation and continuous improvement professionals. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT with an MBA or CPA. 15+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, controllership, transformation and/or technology leadership. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud platforms, GenAI applications and data analytics tools. Proven track record in leading large‑scale transformation projects. Work Arrangement & Salary Hybrid role (3–4 days in office) at Glendale, WI. Salary range: $141,000 – $211,000. Additional compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates.
