About this role The Cardiac Monitoring Technician III interprets and reports EKG data received from patients wearing company monitoring devices to assist physicians in diagnosing and developing appropriate treatment plans. In addition, this position provides leadership, guidance, and support to other technicians, promoting adherence to established procedures and quality standards. Holter Hours Day shift: 9:00am-7:30pm Night shift: 9:00pm - 7:30am (+10% shift differential) Your responsibilities will include Apply advanced EKG interpretation skills with accuracy and recognizes the clinical implications for patient care Provide direction and coaching to peers, helps the team stay aligned, communicate effectively, and manage independent responsibilities. Accurately document actions taken Build high -quality reports including summary of findings and applicable ECG strips according to established standards. Verify patient demographics Achieve and maintain monthly metric goals for quality and productivity. We are located at 1717 N Sam Houston Pkwy W, Houston TX You must be available to work one of the scheduled shifts. You must have full schedule flexibility. Team members work rotating days, including weekends and holidays as needed. Fixed days off or specific availability cannot be accommodated. Training is scheduled over a 4 - 8 week period weekdays during regular daytime hours. Participants are expected to maintain full attendance for the duration of the program.
