Director of Rehab / Rehab Director / COTA, PTA, PT, OT

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA, PTA, PT, OT) to join our North College Hill area of Cincinnati, OH Skilled Nursing Facility.

Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential - $70,000-$75,000 for Assistants! *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.
Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week at CareCore at Lakeridge in North College Hill area, West side of Clovernook Country Club.
Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a ( COTA, PTA, PT )
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant OR Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
