We're Portland Media Group, a local, media company that helps regional businesses grow through Google PPC, connected TV, targeted digital display, and broadcast/streaming audio. We're hiring a Media Advisor to sit across the table from real business owners and help them win.

This isn't cold-calling a script and hoping. It's consultative, relationship-driven selling you diagnose what's actually stopping a business from growing (more clicks, more calls, more foot traffic) and build a media plan that fixes it. No ceiling on what you can earn. No cap on how far you can take it.

What You'll Actually Do

Get face time with decision-makers owners, GMs, marketing directors and earn a seat at their table.

Build multi-platform campaigns across paid search, streaming audio, CTV, targeted display and broadcast/streaming audio.

Work a mix of existing accounts, inbound leads, and your own outreach you're never starting from zero.

Get trained on the tech, not just told to "figure it out." We invest in you from day one!

A few years of real-world experience sales, hospitality, account management, or anything customer-facing.

Someone who follows through without being chased, and who wants ownership, not hand-holding.

Curious and coachable comfortable learning new platforms and adapting as the industry shifts.

A natural relationship-builder who genuinely likes people and the local business community.

Resilient. This is sales some doors won't open. You knock on the next one anyway.
