Community Liaison / Sales Representative Home Care

We are seeking an experienced Community Liaison / Sales Representative to join a growing home care organization in Maine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building and business development but prefers the stability of a $100K base salary with no commission-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources
• Develop new referral partnerships and strengthen existing accounts
• Represent the organization throughout the local healthcare community
• Educate referral partners on available home care services
• Help drive census and business growth through consistent community outreach
• Track referral activity and maintain strong relationships with key partners

Requirements:

• Previous home care or home health experience is required
• Experience in community liaison, healthcare sales, business development, outreach, or referral development strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral relationships
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and represent the organization professionally

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 annual salary
