Mortgage Loan Officer – Responsibilities Responsible for the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures as well as consistent, effective referrals of mortgage clients for other bank services. Establishes and maintains construction loan accounts and administers construction loan draws. Performs the builder approval process and builder setup. Supports clients and builders. Completes mortgage applications for submission to the loan processing and underwriting departments. Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral. At Regions, the Mortgage Loan Officer directs origination of residential mortgage loans from a borrower through a branch network, completing mortgage applications for submission to the loan process. Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements, manages a portfolio of customer relationships and seeks prospective opportunities. Authorizes and evaluates loan applications, guiding clients through the lending process while ensuring compliance with regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
