Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Colon & Rectal Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: Competency testing required within 24 hours of submission Must-Have: Epic experience required 1 year of experience required in a large academic hospital with passing competency testing score 2 years of experience, no testing required Navy blue scrubs required Description: This position involves caring for patients who have undergone colorectal and urologic surgery. You will work closely with Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses for ostomy and wound care needs. The role includes caring for post-operative patients with TPN, NG tubes, and central lines. Candidates should be prepared to adapt to a fast-paced environment. No block schedules or 48-hour requests are accepted. Local candidates are not being accepted. Candidates with pending state licenses will be considered. Previous employees may be considered for rehire based on performance. Please ensure an updated email is provided for competency testing.
