Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Calexico, CA. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring daily shipments, including coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery. The Logistics Coordinator will manage inventory records, track orders, resolve logistical issues, and maintain accurate documentation in systems and spreadsheets. The role includes communicating with customers and partners, handling service inquiries, and providing status updates on shipments and inventory. The Logistics Coordinator will also support process improvements, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient supply chain operations. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support decision‑making. Effective communication abilities and customer service skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Experience with inventory management, including tracking stock levels, reconciling records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Understanding of supply chain management principles, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment. Proficiency with office productivity tools and logistics software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or WMS systems). Ability to work on‑site in Calexico, CA, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
