Production Assembler A reputable manufacturer in Greenfield is seeking dedicated Production Assemblers to join their team in a cleanroom setting on the 3rd shift. Responsibilities Read and follow detailed work instructions. Conduct visual inspections of parts in-process. Stand for the entirety of the shift. Load and unload automated assembly machinery. Regularly lift up to 25 pounds. Use hand tools to assemble basic mechanical and electrical components. Perform job duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Apply basic computer knowledge for operational tasks. Maintain cleanliness of the work station. Essential Skills General production experience. Proficiency in assembly processes. Ability to use hand and power tools. Experience with machine operation and inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in packaging and inspection. The facility offers a structured third shift from 10:00PM to 6:00AM, with the expectation to work straight-8 hours plus one weekend day, either Friday or Saturday, depending on the department. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40456.00 - $44616.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
