About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior accounting or financial leadership roles, with deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex accounting functions and translate financial data into actionable insights. Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, high attention to detail, and experience with accounting systems and audits. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required, with a CPA or equivalent certification and advanced education preferred.
