What You'll Do

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you'll:

• Meet with members through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations

• Build lasting relationships by understanding each client's unique needs

• Present supplemental life and accident benefit solutions

• Guide members through enrollment and policy applications

• Conduct policy reviews and provide ongoing client support

• Assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance

• Maintain accurate digital records while following company and regulatory guidelines

Sales, customer service, healthcare, education, recruiting, or financial services experience is helpful—but  not required .

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
