Onboarding Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for an Onboarding Specialist in the Irving TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones, including travel logistics when needed
- Act as the primary liaison for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout preboarding
- Facilitate pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification processes
- Ensure completion of all compliance requirements, including I-9 and E-Verify documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate data and track progress within ATS and HRIS platforms
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support roles
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HR systems (such as Greenhouse or similar platforms)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Job Details:
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM
- Employment Type: 4+ month contract assignment
- Compensation: $20-24/hr.
- Location: Irving, TX 75063
