Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones, including travel logistics when needed
  
• Act as the primary liaison for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout preboarding
  
• Facilitate pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification processes
  
  
• Ensure completion of all compliance requirements, including I-9 and E-Verify documentation
  
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track progress within ATS and HRIS platforms
  

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support roles
  
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HR systems (such as Greenhouse or similar platforms)
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-focused mindset
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM
  
• Employment Type: 4+ month contract assignment
  
• Compensation: $20-24/hr.
  
  
• Location: Irving, TX 75063
