People Operations Coordinator

HR Data Management Specialist

You will manage employee data and HR transactions with precision and confidentiality. Using established protocols and HR systems, you will process records, coordinate access, and resolve routine inquiries. You will deliver accurate data management and first-level support that keeps HR operations running smoothly.

* This is a fully remote position open to all locations in Mexico

We deliver essential HR operations through data management and employee support. Our team collaborates to maintain system accuracy and respond to employee needs efficiently. We exist to ensure seamless HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Processing employee information in HR systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality standards
• Supporting onboarding, status changes, and lifecycle transactions by updating records and ensuring compliance
• Coordinating system access and troubleshooting basic technical issues independently before escalating complex cases
• Creating and updating process documentation to support consistent HR operational procedures
• Responding to routine employee inquiries using established guidelines and directing complex questions appropriately

What we're looking for

• Bring 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, data management, or administrative support roles
• Have US Support Experience: Must have prior experience supporting US-based employees. Experience supporting EMEA is preferred
• Possess English Fluency: Required for effective communication
• Have full end to end global employment lifecycle process support
• Possess experience with Workday and Servicenow
• Demonstrate working knowledge of HR information systems and data management practices
• Apply understanding of HR compliance requirements related to employee documentation and data privacy
• Navigate standard HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding and status changes
• Maintain high attention to detail when entering and verifying employee data
• Communicate clearly and professionally when responding to employee inquiries
