What are we looking for? A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success What would you bring to the table? 1+ years of service industry experience and Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment Passion for cleanliness and organization Flexible schedule- availability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and move around the laundry area for the entire shift Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. Ability to operate heavy machinery in a hot, fast-paced environment What would your job responsibilities be? Clean, press, sort, and organize all resort linens Complete guest dry‑cleaning and special requests Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient laundry work area Demonstrate strong attention to detail—every item matters Adapt quickly to changing needs and multitask effectively during busy periods Solve problems in a calm, professional manner What will it be like working for us?
