Intermodal Dispatcher - Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in our New Brighton, MN facility Data entry Track and tracking all orders Schedule appointments for imports/exports Driver paperwork Customer communication Problem solving before the issues result in service failures Timely clerical responsibilities to ensure completeness of job Chassis pickup and drop locations Other job duties as assigned Intermodal Dispatcher - Education and Experience Required: 2 year degree, Bachelors preferred Transportation/Management experience or will train the right candidate Intermodal Dispatcher - Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office products Computerized dispatch and record keeping Willingness to adapt to ever changing customer requirements Strong Interpersonal Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Tolerance to ambiguity #J-18808-Ljbffr
