Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification for schools
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments
• Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students with speech or language difficulties
• Develop individualized goals and deliver therapy aligned with students’ needs
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support effective learning strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student communication needs
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Contribute to staff training and share resources to enhance communication support across the school
