Job Description

Wood Assembly / Crate Builder

We’re hiring Wood Assemblers / Crate Builders to build wooden shipping crates and pallets. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable using power tools and has experience building or assembling products.

What You’ll Do

Build and assemble wooden shipping crates and pallets
Measure, position, and assemble wood components
Safely use nail guns, drills, hammers, and other hand/power tools
Follow assembly instructions and production requirements
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For

Previous wood assembly, carpentry, construction, crate/pallet building, or production assembly experience
Hands-on experience building items such as furniture, shelving, sheds, cabinets, or similar products
Comfortable and efficient using nail guns and drills
Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
Steel-toe footwear required
Reliable transportation
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening, including a basic math assessment
