About Us:
We are a patient-centered Holistic dental office focused on providing high-quality care in a supportive and friendly environment. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and compassion, and we are looking for a Dental Assistant who will bring skill, reliability, and a positive attitude to our practice.
 
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, plus a few Saturdays per month (same hours)
 
Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare, set up, and turn over treatment rooms
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and CDC standards
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, and an iTero scan.
• Record accurate patient notes and maintain electronic charts
• Provide clear post-operative and home-care instructions to patients
• Manage supply inventory and ensure operatories are well stocked

 
Qualifications

• State-required certifications (e.g., X-ray license, CPR)
• 1+ year chairside experience (new grads with great attitude welcome)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Calm, kind, and organized; loves teamwork and punctuality

 
Nice-to-Haves
· Experience with SMART protocols and ozone therapy 
· Familiarity with fluoride-free options and remineralization counseling.
