Position Overview We are seeking a Field Service Controls Engineer to support automation and integration projects from programming through commissioning and ongoing customer support. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys working in the field, solving complex problems, and interacting directly with clients. Key Responsibilities Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI-based control systems from the ground up Perform on‑site commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of automated systems Support integration of control systems within manufacturing and process environments Work with platforms such as Allen‑Bradley (Rockwell), Siemens , and related technologies Collaborate with internal engineering teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery Diagnose and resolve issues related to controls, instrumentation, and industrial networks Provide technical support, system optimization, and training to end users Maintain accurate documentation including system configurations and updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field Minimum 4+ years of experience in controls engineering, automation, or system integration Proven ability to program PLCs from scratch and develop HMI applications Experience in manufacturing or process control environments Hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell and/or Siemens platforms Exposure to robotics and advanced automation systems is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% What’s Offered Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities Strong career growth and advancement opportunities Exposure to diverse industries and cutting‑edge automation technologies Collaborative and technically driven work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
