Mainline Technician Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs
• Complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer?specific services
• Accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
• Follow Mazda repair standards and dealership procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians

Qualifications

Mainline Technician Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mainline technician experience required
• Mazda certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and problem?solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat?rate environment
• Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional, dependable, and team?oriented attitude
• Must provide own tools and diagnostic equipment

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
