Hearing Advisor

Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-time, fixed 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join our team as Hearing Advisors. In this role, you will support customers through the process of obtaining custom-molded hearing protection products. This is a service-oriented position focused on scheduling, coordination, and customer support rather than sales.

You will be responsible for connecting with customers, coordinating clinic appointments, tracking order progress, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry through final product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in custom hearing protection products.
• Coordinate appointments with audiology clinics for custom ear mold impressions.
• Guide customers through the ordering process and explain timelines and next steps.
• Document customer interactions, appointment details, and order status accurately.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and order completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders progress smoothly from impression to production and delivery.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records while working within established call center procedures.
• Manage a consistent volume of calls and customer interactions throughout the day.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate appointments and manage multiple customer cases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an office-based, phone-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, patient support, or related industries.
• Familiarity with hearing care or medical appointment coordination.
• Experience guiding customers through multi-step service processes.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. The role operates within a professional call center environment where the majority of the day is spent assisting customers via phone and computer-based systems. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
