What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers understand available insurance products and services
- Develop leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Schedule appointments and identify customer needs
- Market appropriate State Farm insurance and financial services products
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve individual and agency goals

Previous insurance experience is not required. Applicable insurance licensing will be required, and we can help guide the right candidate through the licensing process.
