What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
Educate patients and families about treatments, procedures, and health management
Maintain safety standards and infection control protocols at all times

What You Need

Required:
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- Proficiency in hospital software and systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Additional certification in clinical specialty areas
