What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process effectively
• Assess patient learning needs and implement tailored teaching strategies
• Communicate, delegate, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Use data and evidence-based practices to evaluate and improve care delivery
• Respect patient privacy and adapt communication to diverse populations
• Perform related duties to support unit operations and patient safety

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of nursing experience

Preferred:

• Certification in clinical specialty area related to endoscopy or gastrointestinal nursing
• Strong computer skills and communication abilities

About the Assignment This RN-Endo position is based in a leading facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. You will primarily work in the endoscopy unit, providing excellent patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure successful procedures and patient comfort.
