Responsibilities Lead and inspire restaurant crew, ensuring service standards are met. Provide training and coaching to crew members on food preparation, safety, and customer service. Monitor and maintain inventory, quality, and cleanliness of the restaurant. Collaborate with management to meet sales and operational goals. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
