Assistant Project Manager

Supporting a lead Project Manager in various scopes of multi-site healthcare rebranding projects, the full-time Assistant Project Manager will manage construction and fabrication activities, maintain schedules and budgets, and coordinate documentation remotely. Key responsibilities: Assist with daily project coordination and support multi-site projects for assigned clients Review and update progress reports, schedules, and budgets to assist the Project Manager Communicate project deviations and coordinate design requests and engineering schedules Required qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or a related field At least two years of experience in a fast-paced professional office setting related to project management or construction Experience with healthcare accounts, rebranding, or program sign projects is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Bluebeam and Smartsheet preferred Stable work history demonstrating progression in responsibility and growth Virtual Vocations Inc
