What You'll Do
- Provide mobile X-ray services using portable digital or computed radiography equipment at healthcare facilities and nursing homes
- Perform and process diagnostic X-rays, ensuring high-quality, clinically diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists
- Unload, transport, and set up portable X-ray equipment at various facilities
- Perform EKGs when required and transmit results to cardiologists
- Maintain and troubleshoot X-ray equipment and vehicle for optimal performance
- Communicate professionally with facility staff, dispatch, and management
- Scan and process exam paperwork and billing documents daily
What You Need
Required
- Valid state licensure in radiologic technology
- Ability to obtain clinically diagnostic images
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
Preferred
- Prior experience with portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment
- Experience performing EKGs
- Ability to drive and maintain a service vehicle
