Job profile: Manage and execute strategic cross‑functional initiatives that support Accelleron’s growth, operational excellence, customer success, and business transformation objectives while working within the North America PMO framework. The position works closely with, Global Teams, North America leadership and cross-functional teams to develop business cases, evaluate opportunities, manage strategic projects, and drive execution of initiatives that contribute to Accelleron’s long-term growth objectives. Your responsibilities: 1. Strategic Project Leadership Directly leads high-priority strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives critical to North America’s growth and profitability. Leads and executes strategic projects from concept through implementation and benefits realization. Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and success criteria. Coordinates activities across Sales, Service Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and General Management Partners directly with North America leadership to identify and execute transformational growth opportunities. Identifies risks and develops mitigation plans to ensure project success. Drives project execution and removes barriers to achieve business objectives. Ensures successful project closure and transition into operational ownership. Examples may include: Data Center market growth initiatives, Service network optimization, Facility and footprint strategy projects, Digital transformation initiatives, Productivity and margin improvement programs. 2. Business Analysis & Strategy Support Performs business and financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning. Conducts market, customer, competitive, and operational analyses. Supports business case development, investment decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis. Performs financial modeling, ROI analysis, and benefits tracking for operational and strategic projects. Prepares executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations. Supports annual business planning and growth initiatives. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management Facilitates collaboration across functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives. Build strong working relationships across Global and North America functions. Partners with Sales, Service, Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Trade Compliance to translate strategic objectives into measurable actions and results. Facilitate leadership reviews and project steering meetings. Aligns stakeholders around project priorities and objectives. Promotes accountability and ownership across strategic initiatives. Communicates project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Supports organizational change management and communication plans. Your background: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or related discipline. MBA preferred. Experience 5–7+ years of experience in: Strategy, Business Development, Project or Program Management, Operations Leadership, Business Transformation. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities. Demonstrated ability to move projects from strategy to implementation. Experience within industrial, marine, energy, power generation, or service-related businesses.
