Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial will:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial construction projects to meet client requirements.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Lead project team meetings to ensure alignment on goals, tasks, and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:

• Experience managing commercial building and construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
