Independent Personal Trainers (Rent-Based Model) We are currently accepting applications from established independent trainers who want to train their own clients inside IRON Fitness. This opportunity is ideal for trainers who already have an active client roster and want access to a premium training environment without the overhead of running their own facility. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, self-starting personal trainer to join our Santa Monica team. This is a part-time role with strong potential to grow into a full-time position as client demand increases. You’ll help members achieve results through personalized programming while contributing to the strong coaching culture IRON Fitness is known for. Responsibilities Design personalized training programs based on client goals and fitness levels Conduct one-on-one training sessions Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed Educate clients on proper technique, anatomy, and body mechanics Create a positive, motivating training environment Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of anatomy and program design Excellent communication and coaching skills Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Competitive pay structure Opportunity to build a full-time client base Schedule Weekday and weekend availability required IRON Fitness is an equal opportunity employer.
