Position Overview

Desort is expanding our national footprint and seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Partner to accelerate our growth across the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who thrives in a performance-driven environment and excels at building long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Manage, grow, nurture, and build a high-value client portfolio
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers
• Expand and strengthen Desort's national network
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and authority

What We're Looking For

• Recruitment experience required (agency or in-house)
• Sales experience required
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
