Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Compensation $19.50 per hour. Benefits Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm) Full‑time employees (20+ hours) eligible for: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending Company‑paid life, accidental death insurance, vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for traveling between properties or work‑related tasks Performance‑based bonuses for Property Managers Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and provide suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits Help keep customers current with payments, make reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk around facilities, spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweep/mop interior, maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris Qualifications Experience in customer‑service centered sales environments – retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available Public Storage is an equal opportunity employer.
