Job Summary
LJ Horizons is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator (Remote) to help manage client communication and coordination in a remote setting.
This role is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with people and staying organized.
You will support clients by coordinating personalized arrangements and guiding them through each step of the process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with questions and service-related requests
Coordinate details, timelines, and service updates
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients
Track progress and follow up as needed
Support a seamless and positive customer experience
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable learning and using new systems
Customer-facing Experience Preferred
