Manufacturing Operator / Production Associate Location: Lawrence, MA Pay rate: $23 - $25 per hour Job Type: Contract till Sept w/ pos to ext/conversion We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operator to join a fast-paced production environment in Lawrence, MA. This role is responsible for executing consumables manufacturing processes while maintaining strict quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a cleanroom setting. Key Responsibilities Execute consumables manufacturing processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain adherence to quality standards and production efficiency metrics Operate within cleanroom environments while following contamination control protocols Handle consumable materials and components with precision under the guidance of supervisors or trainers Ensure all finished products meet strict quality specifications Support ISO compliance standards throughout manufacturing operations Accurately document production activities and records Utilize computer systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned Contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-focused work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Basic manufacturing experience or production knowledge preferred Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed SOPs Familiarity with basic computer applications and manufacturing systems Understanding of ISO quality standards is an advantage Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented with flexibility to support varying assignments Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds regularly Manual dexterity for handling small components and materials Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and movements Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment Russell Tobin is an equal opportunity employer.
