Warehouse Operations Manager

CG Family Foods is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations across two facilities. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building efficient operations, developing strong teams, and creating processes that support long-term growth.

You'll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, improving operational performance, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across our warehouse network.

What you'll be responsible for includes leading warehouse operations, building and developing your team, driving continuous improvement, and partnering across the organization.

What we're looking for includes 6+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience, 3+ years managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment, experience overseeing multiple warehouse locations, strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management systems, ERP systems, cycle counting and audits, FIFO and lot control, warehouse workflow optimization, demonstrated success leading teams, improving operations, and delivering measurable results, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies, food manufacturing, food distribution, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or another regulated industry, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office, and ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds as needed.
