Relocation assistance is available.As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee support staff, field supervisors, and personnel to ensure successful project management. The primary focus is on team safety and well-being, with projects localized within a 90-mile radius for employee convenience and safety.Sr. Project Manager Responsibilities: Establish and nurture client relationships by effectively communicating and representing the company in key meetings.Lead internal teams by setting expectations, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration.Develop and oversee project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing delays.Manage project budgets, analyze financial data, and enhance future planning based on labor and material usage.Supervise site operations, resolve issues, and provide guidance on effective site management.Maintain quality standards, review inspection results, and drive ongoing improvements in quality processes.Manage contracts, address complex issues, and advise teams on contract structure and compliance.Champion a strong safety culture by reviewing safety plans, facilitating training, and enhancing safety accountability.Sr. Project Manager Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/EngineeringMinimum of 10 years of experience in commercial-industrial construction and project management.Comprehensive understanding of construction technology, equipment, and methods.Ability to interpret construction documents and ensure quality progress.Strong communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.Proven ability to cultivate working relationships and promote a cooperative team environment.Proficiency with Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, and TimberlineAdherence to Company policies, procedures, and standards.Ability to work 10-hour days with flexibilityExperience with EOS-driven organizations preferredSr. Project Manager Benefits:Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000Medical benefits with significant coverage for employees and dependentsPaid vacation, wellness time, and additional benefits401k options with immediate vesting and matching contributionsCompany vehicle provided for business useStructured bonus plan for performance incentivesEducation reimbursement based on qualificationsBusiness expenses and mileage reimbursementOpportunities for career growth and development
