QA Coordinator
Location: Gilroy, CA
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Assignment Length: 3-6 Months
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Coordinator to support quality assurance efforts for a leading food manufacturing operation in Gilroy, CA. The QA Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and audits of products and processes.
- Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in investigating quality concerns and customer complaints.
- Track corrective actions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to improve product quality and process effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
