Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor, Processor Location: Marlton, NJ, Mount Laurel Township, NJ Compensation: $55-80k+ DOE (hourly + file bonus) Requirements: 3+ years experience as a Processor Experience with conventional, gov and non-QM Have a sense of urgency, good attitude, desire to advance career Knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations Ability to work on-site daily Cruitin is actively partnering with a respected mortgage industry client to identify an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor. Our client is seeking a highly organized Mortgage Loan Processor who can effectively manage loan files from application through underwriting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Review and verify mortgage loan application documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Collect, analyze, and organize borrower financial documentation, including income, assets, credit reports, and supporting records Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan process Prepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting review Monitor loan progress and proactively address documentation or condition requirements Provide timely updates to borrowers and internal teams regarding loan status Ensure all files adhere to federal, state, investor, and company lending guidelines Maintain accuracy and meet processing deadlines in a high-volume environment Qualifications Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or in a related mortgage lending role Strong understanding of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance requirements, and loan documentation Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines Proficiency with mortgage loan origination and processing systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications are a plus What Our Client Offers Opportunity to join a stable and growing mortgage company Collaborative and supportive team environment Competitive compensation and benefits package Professional growth and advancement opportunities The ability to make a direct impact on the customer home financing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
