Registered Nurse- Breast Cancer Screening Coordinator

Job Title

Responsible for planning and coordinating breast care services.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

• Performs a wide range of clinical, administrative, program and technical functions to support quality breast care management.
• Provides support to the Women Veterans Program by ensuring coordination of care is performed in a timely manner to ensure performance measures exceed benchmarks.
• Assists Veterans, family members, and caregivers with receiving the most appropriate options and services to meet their breast care needs.
• Coordinates care with multiple providers across all levels and sites of care. Coordinates and expedites care from diagnosis to treatment.
• Analyzes and manages mammography results to collaborate with ordering providers.
• Utilizes databases to provide population management to track patient care through all episodes of care.
• Evaluates care and outcomes to ensure timely and appropriate provision of services.

Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
