Shipping and Receiving Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate to efficiently manage the loading and unloading of trucks. The role requires sorting through inventory and picking and packaging items.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Sort and prepare inventory for shipping.
• Pick and package items accurately.
• Pull and check orders to ensure accuracy.
• Lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50lbs.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general labor tasks such as loading and unloading.
• Familiarity with handling and sorting products.

Work Environment

Our distribution center efficiently handles products from Urban Outfitters and TJX. The second shift operates from 5pm to 3:30am on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with days off on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairless Hills, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
