C&I Relationship Manager

Commercial Relationship Manager – C&I Banking Full-Time | Northern California / Hybrid Flexibility Overview We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Relationship Manager to build and grow a middle market portfolio with a strong emphasis on deposit relationships, treasury solutions, and disciplined credit delivery . This role is designed for a true relationship banker —someone who leads with client strategy, understands how to generate and retain core deposits, and can structure thoughtful credit solutions without relying on aggressive risk profiles. You will have the opportunity to build a vertical, expand relationships, and directly influence the growth of the C&I platform , supported by a strong credit, treasury, and operational infrastructure.
